An overview of what it's like to work as an English teacher
in a language school in Istanbul.
There are hundreds of language schools in Istanbul and the vast majority of English teachers end up working in one of them at some point.
Due to their abundance and unquenchable need for teachers, they are by far the easiest places to find a job.
As a new arrival to the city you may find working in a language school a good starting point as you will get more free time during the day to explore, and they don't require the same level of commitment as private schools for example.
However, there is a wide variety of pay and conditions so it's worth doing your homework (on this website!) before signing a contract.
Don’t waste your time and money finding out the hard way, get in touch with us now.
Feel free to ask questions and share your experiences in the comments box below.
